Who to contact

BV operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Its registered details are on the legal page. For privacy questions or requests, email info@exverb.ai.

Messages and website visits

The contact form asks for your email address and message. Correspondence also includes anything you choose to share and the replies sent to you. Providing this information is voluntary, but an email address and message are needed to reply through the form.

The hosting and form services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details and request times, to deliver the website and messages, maintain security and prevent abuse.

Responding to correspondence and operating a secure website rely on legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and keeping the service available. Where an enquiry concerns a contract with you, processing also supports the steps you request before entering that contract. Records required by law are processed to meet those obligations.

Submitting a message does not subscribe you to a mailing list. This website does not use personal data for profiling or solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Services that process data

  • GitHub Pages hosts the website and processes requests needed to serve it.
  • Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, receives contact-form submissions, checks for abuse and delivers them to the receiving inbox.
  • Google Workspace handles email correspondence.
  • NeetoCal, operated by Neeto LLC, handles meeting bookings. Choosing the booking link opens its service, where the details you submit are used to arrange and manage your meeting. The booking service is not embedded on this website.

These services can process data outside the European Economic Area. Their published terms describe the safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. See the Web3Forms data processing agreement, Google data processing addendum and Neeto data processing agreement. You can contact info@exverb.ai for further information about these safeguards.

How long information is kept

Enquiries are reviewed manually at least once a year. At each review, correspondence inactive for more than 12 months is deleted unless it is still needed for ongoing correspondence, client work, a legal obligation or a legal claim. This is a manual review rule, not an automatic deletion deadline.

The review covers inbox copies and retained form or booking records under our control. Service providers have separate retention and backup practices. Web3Forms states that it keeps submissions for up to three years unless a shorter plan limit applies or they are deleted earlier. Its limit does not determine how long email copies are kept; deleting a message does not itself delete every provider copy.

Cookies and external links

This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Fonts and site artwork are served with the website. Its colour theme follows your browser’s preference without saving a separate preference.

External links open services with their own privacy and cookie policies. Those services may collect information when you visit them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal data, request deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where the legal conditions are met. Some information may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Send requests to info@exverb.ai. Information needed to confirm your identity may be requested before disclosing personal data.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.
